Vehicle Release

Vehicle Release Information:

If your vehicle was impounded by the Morton Borough Police please follow the appropriate steps listed below:

• Report to Morton Police Headquarters during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 9AM-3PM)
• Bring a copy of your valid driver’s license, registration and insurance.
• Complete a vehicle release form
• Upon completion, bring the form to the tow service that is in possession of your vehicle.

Morton Police does not collect fees related to tow and housing costs. These fees must be settled with the tow agency upon completion of the Vehicle Release Form.
